    The meat is stuffed into a natural pig bladder and expertly hand-tied, giving the culatello its characteristic pear shape.

    Culatello matures in natural cellars for at least 12 months, where the humid climate and typical Zibello fog allow for slow fermentation, which develops its unique aroma.
