How do the products arrive?

The cured meats are vacuum-packed and shipped in sturdy boxes, with attention to every detail.

You'll receive everything ready to enjoy, with clear instructions on storage and consumption.

How long do cured meats last?

It depends on the type, but on average they last 45 to 60 days if vacuum-packed.

Once opened, the product must be stored correctly and consumed within 7–10 days .

Are they also suitable for children?

What is the difference between culatello and culatta?

They are two noble but different cuts:

  • Culatello is more mature, intense, and should be served very thinly.
  • Culatta is sweeter and softer, with rind, often preferred by those who love a more balanced taste.
